To award posthumously the Congressional Gold Medal to Constance Baker Motley, in recognition of her enduring contributions and service to the United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase and provide an inflation adjustment for the limitation on distributions from qualified tuition programs that may be used for elementary and secondary tuition.

To prohibit the implementation of new requirements to report bank account deposits and withdrawals.

To amend the Natural Gas Act to provide for expanded natural gas exports.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove silencers from the definition of firearms, and for other purposes.

To modify the disposition of certain outer Continental Shelf revenues and to open Federal financial sharing to heighten opportunities for renewable energy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit certain financial service providers who deny fair access to financial services from using taxpayer funded discount window lending programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to direct certain prosecutor's offices to annually report to the Attorney General, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to establish a cattle contract library, and for other purposes.

To allow reciprocity for the carrying of certain concealed firearms.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To ensure that employees of the Internal Revenue Service are brought back to their offices until the backlog of income tax returns has been eliminated.

To prohibit the disbursement of Federal funds to State and local governments that allow individuals who are not citizens of the United States to vote in any Federal, State, or local election.

To prohibit taxpayer funded abortions.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the amendments made to reporting of third party network transactions by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
