To amend the Clayton Act to prevent conflicts of interest and promote competition in the sale and purchase of digital advertising.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and for other purposes.

To amend the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to modify the requirements associated with small business loan data collection, and for other purposes.

To provide a temporary safe harbor for publishers of online content to collectively negotiate with dominant online platforms regarding the terms on which content may be distributed.
