Pay Our Troops Act of 2026

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure that members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces receive appropriate credit toward public service loan forgiveness, and for other purposes.

320th Barrage Balloon Battalion Gold Medal Act

Resolution memorializing law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.

To provide that members of the Armed Forces performing services in Kenya, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Chad shall be entitled to tax benefits in the same manner as if such services were performed in a combat zone.

Major Richard Star Act

To provide PreCheck to certain severely injured or disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure that members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces who perform duty other than active duty for a period of more than 30 days receive appropriate credit toward public service loan forgiveness, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion, collectively, in recognition of their extraordinary heroism and life-saving actions during the D-Day invasion, and their significant contributions to the success of the Allied forces during World War II.

To make certain improvements to incentive pay for explosive ordnance disposal duty.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel and other matters.

To amend section 3(b)(4) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 to exclude certain disability benefits from income for the purposes of determining eligibility for the supported housing program under section 8(o)(19), and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand eligibility for Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to members of the National Guard who perform certain full-time duty, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the maximum guaranty amount for loans made to certain veterans under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To establish a flower ordering program for gravesites under the purview of the American Battle Monuments Commission.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report and briefing on anomalous health incidents affecting members of the Armed Forces and civilian employees of the Department of Defense.

To require the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a permanent program to provide tuition assistance to members of the Air National Guard.

To lower the cost of postsecondary education for students and families.

To provide that members of the Armed Forces performing services in Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Chad shall be entitled to tax benefits in the same manner as if such services were performed in a combat zone.
