Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African Americans Act

To require analyses of the impact of Government rules, programs, and policies on poverty and racial inequity, including the racial wealth gap, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to modify the goals of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, to eliminate class A and B directors from the board of directors of each Federal reserve bank, and to establish certain reporting requirements for the Board of Governors, and for other purposes.

To establish in the Department of Homeland Security the Task Force on the Reunification of Families, and for other purposes.

To provide for the creation of a Congressional time capsule in commemoration of the semiquincentennial of the United States, and for other purposes.

To expand reporting on subcontracts and subgrants made under Federal awards, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of a continued commitment to ending pediatric HIV/AIDS worldwide.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 20 West White Street in Millstadt, Illinois, as the Corporal Matthew A. Wyatt Post Office.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide coverage for certain fall prevention items under the Medicare program.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to conflict in Sudan, and for other purposes.

To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize grants for training and support services for families and unpaid caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Rural Health Day.

To authorize the Secretary of Education, in collaboration with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to establish an interagency advisory Commission on Advancing Restorative Justice in Elementary and Secondary Education, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of Prematurity Awareness Month.

To amend the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 to authorize the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to make security clearance determinations and access determinations for political appointees in the Executive Office of the President, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion, collectively, in recognition of their extraordinary heroism and life-saving actions during the D-Day invasion, and their significant contributions to the success of the Allied forces during World War II.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disallow the deduction of certain expenses relating to ownership of single-family homes by specified large investors, to impose an excise tax on the sale of such homes by such investors, and to prohibit Federal mortgage assistance relating to certain large investors.

Expressing support for the designation of October 2024 as National Learning Disabilities Awareness Month.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.
