Encouraging the celebration of the month of June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to require employers to allow employees to take meal, rest, restroom, and medical breaks, and for other purposes.

Acknowledging and apologizing for the mistreatment of, and discrimination against, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals who served the United States in the uniformed services, the Foreign Service, and the Federal civil service.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Immigrant Heritage Month.

To require the Bureau of the Census to collect information on deafblind individuals, and for other purposes.

To require U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to facilitate naturalization services for noncitizen veterans who have been removed from the United States or are inadmissible.

To protect the right to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To enhance safety and security at federally licensed gun shops, and for other purposes.

Reaffirming the importance of the United States promoting the safety, health, and well-being of refugees and displaced persons in the United States and around the world.

Expressing support for the designation of June 19, 2024, as World Sickle Cell Awareness Day in order to increase public awareness across the United States and global community about sickle cell disease and the continued need for empirical research, early detection screenings, novel effective treatments leading to a cure, and preventative care programs with respect to complications from sickle cell anemia and conditions relating to sickle cell disease.

Recognizing June 19, 2024, as this year’s observance of the historical significance of Juneteenth Independence Day.
