To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan.

Recognizing the month of October 2024 as Filipino American History Month and celebrating the history and culture of Filipino Americans and their immense contributions to the United States.

Honoring the life of James Ralph Sasser, former Senator for the State of Tennessee.

To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to the national program for traumatic brain injury surveillance and registries.

To condemn convicted felon, Joanne Chesimard, who is also known as Assata Shakur, and those celebrating her violent actions against New Jersey law enforcement members, to call for her immediate extradition or return to the United States from Cuba, where Ms. Chesimard is receiving safe haven to the United States to escape prosecution or confinement for criminal offenses committed in the United States, and to officially honor and commemorate the New Jersey law enforcement members killed and affected by her violent acts.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.

Recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrating the heritage and culture of Latinos in the United States and the immense contributions of Latinos to the United States.

To amend the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to make available under the assistance to firefighters grant program the establishment of cancer prevention programs, and for other purposes.

To modify the disposition of certain outer Continental Shelf revenues and to open Federal financial sharing to heighten opportunities for renewable energy, and for other purposes.
