Designating April 2023 as Financial Literacy Month.

To amend section 1507 of title 18, United States Code, to establish appropriate penalties for obstruction of justice by picketing or parading in or near court buildings or residences of judges, jurors, witnesses, or other court officers.

To improve forecasting and understanding of tornadoes and other hazardous weather, and for other purposes.

Honoring the efforts of the Coast Guard for excellence in maritime border security.

To reform the labor laws of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the authority to suspend the right to introduce certain persons or property into the United States in the interest of the public health.

To establish a National Commission on Online Child Sexual Exploitation Prevention, and for other purposes.

To establish a Federal grant program to combat the smuggling and trafficking of children and young women.

Designating the week of April 22 through April 30, 2023, as National Park Week.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture from prohibiting the use of lead ammunition or tackle on certain Federal land or water under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

To ensure that State and local law enforcement officers are permitted to cooperate with Federal officials to protect our communities from violent criminals and suspected terrorists who are illegally present in the United States.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act and title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to establish requirements with respect to prescription drug benefits.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and for other purposes.

Designating March 2023 as National Women’s History Month.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.

To amend the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 to require abortion providers to notify the National Human Trafficking Hotline of victims of trafficking, and for other purposes.

Designating March 23, 2023, as National Women in Agriculture Day.

To allow members of federally recognized Tribes to use their Tribal government identification documents in obtaining a firearm from a federally licensed firearms dealer.

Recognizing the need for greater access to rural and agricultural media programming.

Recognizing the expiration of the Equal Rights Amendment proposed by Congress in March 1972, and observing that Congress has no authority to modify a resolution proposing a constitutional amendment after the amendment has been submitted to the States or after the amendment has expired.
