To provide compensation for United States victims of Libyan state-sponsored terrorism, and for other purposes.

To modify the penalties for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1993.

To require the Secretary of Labor to conduct a study on the fiduciary duties of pharmacy benefit managers.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish a portal for maintaining digital records of former members of the Armed Forces and to establish an advisory committee regarding the maintenance of those records, and for other purposes.

Denouncing efforts by the People’s Republic of China to exert malign influence in Latin America.
