Designating the week of October 6, 2024, through October 12, 2024, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To amend the Securities Act of 1933 to address emerging growth companies, and for other purposes.

To promote democracy in Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the United States from collaborating with certain foreign countries of concern on fundamental research intended to support the military, intelligence, or security capabilities of the United States, to strengthen the security and integrity of the United States scientific and research enterprise, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize grants to the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, the Boy Scouts of America, the National 4–H Council, and the National FFA Organization to establish pilot projects to expand the programs carried out by the organizations in rural areas and small towns, and for other purposes.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education and supporting the ideals and goals of the 25th Annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 12 through May 18, 2024.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

Designating the week of January 21 through January 27, 2024, as National School Choice Week.

To require certification prior to obligation of funds for United Nations Relief and Works Agency, and for other purposes.

To establish limitations regarding Confucius Institutes, and for other purposes.

Designating the week of October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

Supporting the designation of September 21, 2023, as National Teach Ag Day and celebrating 75 years of the National Association of Agricultural Educators.

Promoting stronger economic relations between the United States, Canada, and countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education, and supporting the ideals and goals of the 24th annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 7 through May 13, 2023.

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel, and for other purposes.

To establish a grant program to improve school security, including by training and hiring veterans and former law enforcement officers as school safety officers, and for other purposes.

To support research, development, and other activities to develop innovative vehicle technologies, and for other purposes.

To provide greater transparency with respect to the financial regulatory agencies, and for other purposes.

To address transnational repression by foreign governments against private individuals, and for other purposes.

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
