To prohibit the consideration in the House of Representatives of any legislation containing an earmark.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the social security number requirements for claiming the child tax credit and earned income tax credit.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Independent Agencies, Securities and Exchange Commission, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Treasury, Community Development Financial Institutions, Fund Program Account for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Contribution to the African Development Bank for fiscal year 2024.
