To repeal the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require the Congressional Budget Office to provide baseline updates, and for other purposes.

To provide PreCheck to certain severely injured or disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to issue a right-of-way for an emergency exit on certain National Park Service land in the State of Virginia, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit Federal financial participation for gun violence prevention or intervention programs under the Medicaid program.

To prohibit the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule entitled Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, which was published on February 9, 2023.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disallow the low-income housing tax credit to taxpayers that have diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

To end preferences for disadvantaged individuals and businesses in Government contracts, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Labor to implement the industry-recognized apprenticeship program process, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to permit States to apply a work requirement for nondisabled, nonelderly, nonpregnant adults under Medicaid.

Supporting the designation of the week beginning November 11, 2024, as National Pregnancy Center Week to recognize the vital role that community-supported pregnancy centers play in saving lives and serving women and men faced with difficult pregnancy decisions.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers, and for other purposes.

To prohibit grants provided under section 106 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 from being used to assist persons who are neither a national of the United States nor lawfully admitted for permanent residence, and for other purposes.

To enforce the rights protected by the Second and Fourteenth Amendments against the States.

To amend section 7 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to permit State agencies to restrict the use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits to prevent the purchase of soft drinks, candy, ice cream, and prepared desserts (such as cakes, pies, cookies, and similar products).

To amend the Mineral Leasing Act to make certain adjustments to the royalty rates for leases for oil and gas extraction on Federal land, and for other purposes.

To amend titles 18 and 38, United States Code, to permit the lawful carrying of firearms in properties under the jurisdiction of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to protect unborn children.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

Rescinding the subpoenas issued by the January 6th Select Committee on September 23, 2021, October 6, 2021, and February 9, 2022, and withdrawing the recommendations finding Stephen K. Bannon, Mark Randall Meadows, Daniel Scavino, Jr., and Peter K. Navarro in contempt of Congress.
