To amend title 5, United States Code, to require greater transparency for Federal regulatory decisions that impact small businesses, and for other purposes.

To reform joint duty requirements in the intelligence community, and for other purposes.

To prohibit representatives of the United States from voting at the International Monetary Fund for any Special Drawing Rights allocations, quota increases, or policy modifications that would benefit certain countries, and for other purposes.

To transfer unobligated balances made available for COVID–19 emergency response and relief to the Federal Communications Commission to enable the Commission to carry out the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Reimbursement Program.

To amend title 35, United State Code, to require the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to require disclosures in patent applications regarding ties to the People’s Republic of China and other foreign adversaries, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require the label of a drug intended for human use to identify each ingredient in such drug that is, or is derived directly or indirectly from, a major food allergen or a gluten-containing grain, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable tax credit for commercial truck drivers.

To require the Federal Communications Commission to reform the contribution system of the Universal Service Fund, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the mass cancellation of student loans.

To require enforcement against misbranded milk alternatives.

To require the Director of National Intelligence to declassify information relating to the origin of COVID–19, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to reissue regulations removing the gray wolf from the list of endangered and threatened wildlife under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

To impose sanctions on the Supreme Leader of Iran and the President of Iran and their respective offices for human rights abuses and support for terrorism.

To require an audit of COVID–19 relief funding.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permit 529 plans to be used for certain non-degree technical training certificate programs and apprenticeship programs.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To prohibit taxpayer funded abortions.
