To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Grassroots Source Water Protection Program for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Mental Health for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Treasury, Departmental Offices, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.
