To amend the Controlled Substances Act to authorize Homeland Security Investigations to perform certain drug enforcement functions, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Energy to withdraw a proposed rule relating to energy conservation standards for consumer water heaters.

To prohibit the President and the Secretary of Health and Human Services from declaring certain emergencies or disasters for the purpose of imposing gun control.

Expressing support for the designation of September 2023 as National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to provide for fair-value credit estimates, and for other purposes.

Condemning the actions of Governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, for subverting the Second Amendment to the Constitution and depriving the citizens of New Mexico of their right to bear arms.

To prohibit the Secretary of Energy from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule titled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Residential Clothes Washers.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to clarify the application of prudence and exclusive purpose duties to the exercise of shareholder rights.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to require agencies to include a list of outdated or duplicative reporting requirements in annual budget justifications, and for other purposes.

Condemning the decision of the Secretary of Education to prohibit the use of funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 for hunter, archery, and other shooting sports education programs in schools and explicitly affirming that school programs that train students in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports are eligible for Federal funding under such Act.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to approve or deny spend plans within a certain amount of time, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to use, transfer, or donate all excess construction materials intended for the wall on the southwest border of the United States that are being stored by the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that agencies may not deduct labor organization dues from the pay of Federal employees, and for other purposes.

Condemning the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the massacre of political prisoners in 1988 and the uprisings of recent years, including the 2018, 2019, and 2022 uprisings, and calling for justice for its victims.

To provide that the final rule of the Department of Homeland Security entitled Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds shall have the full force and effect of law, and for other purposes.

To amend the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to establish additional requirements related to ensuring safe placements for unaccompanied alien children.

To exclude certain individuals subject to certain deferred action from eligibility for health plans offered on the Exchanges, advance payments of the premium tax credit, cost-sharing reductions, a Basic Health Program, and for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.
