Proposing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

To require the Secretary of Labor to withdraw a proposed rule relating to certificates issued under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1937.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require the Congressional Budget Office to provide baseline updates, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify the definition of applicable educational institution for purposes of the excise tax based on the income of private colleges and universities.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow for payments to certain individuals who dye fuel, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit Federal financial participation for gun violence prevention or intervention programs under the Medicaid program.

To prohibit the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule entitled Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, which was published on February 9, 2023.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disallow the low-income housing tax credit to taxpayers that have diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

To end preferences for disadvantaged individuals and businesses in Government contracts, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week beginning November 11, 2024, as National Pregnancy Center Week to recognize the vital role that community-supported pregnancy centers play in saving lives and serving women and men faced with difficult pregnancy decisions.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants.

To prohibit the enforcement of certain regulations relating to sale, donation, and transfer of Federal Government property, and for other purposes.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

To require the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services to submit a report on Medicare and Medicaid fraud.

Recognizing the 12-year anniversary of the tragic attack that took place at the Oak Creek Sikh Gurdwara on August 5, 2012, and honoring the memory of those who died in the attack.

Celebrating the principles of democracy, religious pluralism, human rights, and the rule of law shared by both the United States and India, the strong people-to-people ties between the United States and India, and the success of the Indian diaspora in the United States.

To redesignate the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore as the Apostle Islands National Park and Preserve, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish universal savings accounts.

Supporting the designation of the month of June 2024, as National Men’s Health Month.

To rescind unobligated COVID–19 relief funds and certain infrastructure funds to offset the cost of the supplemental foreign assistance made available for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.
