To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act to combat campus sexual assault, and for other purposes.

Condemning the brutal Hamas-led terrorist attack on the State of Israel on October 7, 2023, and supporting an outcome that ensures the forever survival of Israel, the complete denial of Hamas’s ability to reconstitute in the region, and the release of all the remaining hostages from the Gaza Strip, including two United States citizens.

Expressing support for the designation of October 5 through October 11, 2025, as National 4–H Week.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to reform and reduce fraud and abuse in certain visa programs for aliens working temporarily in the United States, and for other purposes.

REPO Implementation Act of 2025

To amend the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to promote transparency by permitting the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board to allow its disciplinary proceedings to be open to the public, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.

Supporting the designation of September 19, 2025, as National Stillbirth Prevention and Awareness Day, recognizing tens of thousands of families in the United States that have endured a stillbirth, and seizing the opportunity to keep other families from experiencing the same tragedy.

Condemning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and honoring his life and legacy.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to publish a report on the fertilizer industry, and for other purposes.

To require reporting of price increases on noncompetitive contracts, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage under the Medicare program of pharmacist services.
