To establish youth advisory councils for the purpose of providing recommendations to the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of the Interior, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Commerce with respect to environmental issues as those issues relate to youth communities, and for other purposes.

To condemn racism and bigotry towards Haitian people, to celebrate the vast contributions of people of Haitian descent to the United States, to condemn the spread of misinformation, and to call on Americans to affirm our shared humanity.

To amend the Fair Housing Act to repeal the Thurmond amendment.

To provide for automatic extension of employment authorizations, to require earlier determinations on temporary protected status designations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide financial assistance under sections 203, 205, and 404 of the Robert T. To improve the licensing requirements for the retail sale of firearms, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to improve firearm destruction practices, and for other purposes.

To prohibit States from prohibiting or otherwise deterring the usage of any merchant category code established by the International Organization for Standardization, including codes that identify firearm merchants and ammunition merchants.

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish requirements with respect to cost sharing for epinephrine injectors under group health plans and group and individual health insurance coverage.
