To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to restore the limitation on downward attribution of stock ownership in applying constructive ownership rules.

To prohibit the Secretary of Energy from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule titled Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Conventional Cooking Products, and for other purposes.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To secure the supply chain by providing an election to determine foreign income taxes paid or incurred to certain Western Hemisphere countries without regard to certain regulations.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish special rules for capital gains invested in rural opportunity zones.

To amend title III of the Public Health Service Act to establish a program to develop antimicrobial innovations targeting the most challenging pathogens and most threatening infections, and for other purposes.

To require the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation to establish a national land bank network, and for other purposes.

To direct the Director of the National Science Foundation to award grants for, and support research on, the development of makerspaces, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the mass cancellation of student loans.

To authorize the National Detector Dog Training Center, and for other purposes.

To authorize livestock producers and their employees to take black vultures in order to prevent death, injury, or destruction to livestock, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins to honor and memorialize the tragedy of the Sultana steamboat explosion of 1865.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to formulate a strategy for the Federal Government to secure support from foreign countries, multilateral organizations, and other appropriate entities to facilitate the development and commercialization of qualified pandemic or epidemic products, and for other purposes.
