To require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take into custody certain aliens who have been charged in the United States with a crime that resulted in the death or serious bodily injury of another person, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to take into custody aliens who have been charged in the United States with theft, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that aliens who have been convicted of, or who have committed, an offense for driving while intoxicated or impaired are inadmissible and deportable.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the BOLD Infrastructure for Alzheimer’s Act, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to establish a pilot program for evidence-based perinatal mental health prevention for pregnant and postpartum members of the Armed Forces and dependents, and for other purposes.
