Supporting the designation of the week of June 18 through June 24, 2023, as National Women’s Sports Week to celebrate the anniversary of the enactment of title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the growth of women’s sports.

To require the publication of fossil-fuel powered travel by the President, the Vice President, and political appointees, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 to strengthen oversight over foreign investment in the United States agricultural industry, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to develop procurement policy and guidance to mitigate consulting company conflict of interests related to national security and foreign policy.

To prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from providing firearms and ammunition to its employees, and for other purposes.

To require agencies to notify the Director of the Office of Management and Budget when the agency suspends or terminates a Federal award, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to require recipients of Federal awards to collect and report data relating to subawards granted to entities outside of the United States, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to develop a strategy to counter fentanyl trafficking in the United States, and for other purposes.

To terminate certain contracts relating to the construction of the border fence and to transfer unused border fence materials to the States along the southwest border of the United States.

To require certification of small business concerns as small business concerns owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans in order to be counted toward goals for contract awards, and for other purposes.

To amend the Small Business Act relating to small business concerns owned and controlled by women, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to require greater transparency for Federal regulatory decisions that impact small businesses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to provide for floodplain easement restoration and management, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the provision of Federal assistance to transit and rail projects with significant cost overruns and that are projected to lose money, and for other purposes.

To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to submit to Congress an annual report on projects that are over budget and behind schedule, and for other purposes.

To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

To prohibit the Small Business Administration from suspending collections on Paycheck Protection Program loans and economic injury disaster loans related to COVID–19.

To improve the program to provide for priority review of human drug applications to encourage treatment for agents that present national security threats.

Designating March 23, 2023, as National Women in Agriculture Day.

To terminate the Department of Defense memorandum relating to access to abortions, to prohibit the use of travel and transportation allowances, medical convalescent leave, and administrative absences to travel to obtain abortions, and for other purposes.
