Dismantle DEI Act of 2025

To ban the imposition of any State or local liability insurance, tax, or user fee requirement for firearm or ammunition ownership or commerce.

Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act of 2025

To amend the Wildfire Suppression Aircraft Transfer Act of 1996 to reauthorize the sale by the Department of Defense of aircraft and parts for wildfire suppression purposes, and for other purposes.

To prohibit individuals who are not citizens of the United States from voting in elections in the District of Columbia and to repeal the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.

Nancy Gardner Sewell Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act

To direct the President to take such actions as may be necessary to prohibit the purchase of public or private real estate located in the United States by members of the Chinese Communist Party and entities that are under the ownership, control, or influence of the Chinese Communist Party.

Condemning the Government of Mexico for failing to fulfill its water deliveries on an annual basis to the United States under the treaty between the United States and Mexico regarding the utilization of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande.

To prohibit Federal funds from being used to provide certain gender transition procedures to minors.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to prohibit a State from receiving or using funds or certain donations from private entities for the administration of an election for Federal office, and for other purposes.

Life at Conception Act

To amend title IV of the Public Health Service Act to prohibit sale or transactions relating to human fetal tissue.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow intangible drilling and development costs to be taken into account when computing adjusted financial statement income.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit the approval of new abortion drugs, to prohibit investigational use exemptions for abortion drugs, and to impose additional regulatory requirements with respect to previously approved abortion drugs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

RIFLE Act of 2025

To prohibit Federal funding of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

To prohibit taxpayer funded abortions.

To require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take into custody certain aliens who have been charged in the United States with a crime that resulted in the death or serious bodily injury of another person, and for other purposes.
