Expressing support for the designation of the week of March 4 through March 8, 2024, as National Social and Emotional Learning Week to recognize the critical role social and emotional learning plays in supporting the academic success and overall well-being of students, educators, and families.

To require the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, to promulgate regulations prohibiting the use of lead ammunition on all land and water under the jurisdiction and control of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, and for other purposes.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to allow for deductions of student loan payments from income.
