To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to require reports to Congress on State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of October 15, 2024, as National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day and recognizing the people who have lost a pregnancy or an infant.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to clarify how controlled substance analogues that are imported or offered for import are to be regulated, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) Awareness Day.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the treatment of nondisclosure agreements with respect to privatized military housing, and for other purposes.

To prohibit life insurance providers from discriminating based on a person’s status as a living kidney donor, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to study and report on the relationship between hair straighteners and uterine cancer, particularly among women of color.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants.

To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to submit to Congress an annual report on biomedical research funded by the United States and performed in China.
