To amend the Energy Act of 2020 to direct the Secretary of Energy to establish a demonstration program for on-site treatment of produced water, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue guidance to States on best practices for screening and treatment of congenital syphilis under Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

To statutorily establish Operation Stonegarden, through which eligible law enforcement agencies shall be awarded grants for border security enhancement.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a public awareness campaign with respect to iron deficiency.

To amend the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023 to repeal the sunset of the work requirement exemption applicable to homeless individuals, veterans, and foster care individuals for the purpose of determining eligibility to receive supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008.
