Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

Supporting the recognition of World Basketball Day, celebrated globally on December 21 each year, and honoring the contributions of basketball to global unity, international sports diplomacy, and the transformative impact of the sport on communities across the world.

To require annual reports on bonuses awarded to career Senior Executive Service employees, and for other purposes.

To amend section 102(a)(20) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to require the exclusion of service-connected disability compensation when determining whether a person is a person of low and moderate income, a person of low income, or a person of moderate income, and for other purposes.

To amend the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Act to modify certain requirements applicable to salinity control units, and for other purposes.

To amend title 36, United States Code, to move the place of incorporation and domicile of the National Woman’s Relief Corps to Illinois, to move the principal office of such Corps to Murphysboro, Illinois, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to waive the 10-percent additional tax on early distributions from qualified retirement plans in the case of withdrawals for family caregiving expenses.

To amend title 39, United States Code, to require mail-in ballots to use the Postal Service barcode service, and for other purposes.

To make certain improvements in the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of Prematurity Awareness Month.

To amend the Energy Act of 2020 to include critical materials in the definition of critical mineral, and for other purposes.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2024.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to make emergency assistance payments to agricultural producers to mitigate high input costs and low commodity prices during crop year 2024.

To establish Joint Operations Centers along the southern border of the United States, and for other purposes.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 23 through September 27, 2024, as National Clean Energy Week.
