TCJA Permanency Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide special rules for the taxation of certain residents of Taiwan with income from sources within the United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax credit to incentivize the purchase of American agricultural commodities.

To make certain improvements in the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of October 15, 2024, as National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day and recognizing the people who have lost a pregnancy or an infant.

To prohibit Federal agencies from considering, in taking any action, the social cost of carbon, the social cost of methane, the social cost of nitrous oxide, or the social cost of any other greenhouse gas, unless compliant with Office of Management and Budget guidance, and for other purposes.

To amend the Clean Air Act with respect to the ethanol waiver for Reid Vapor Pressure under that Act, and for other purposes.

Establishing the Congressional Modernization Competition, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase penalties for unauthorized disclosure of taxpayer information.

Expressing support for and honoring September 17, 2024, as Constitution Day.

To amend the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to expand the eligibility of certain recipients for SAFER grants, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 675 Wolf Ledges Parkway in Akron, Ohio, as the Judge James R. Williams Post Office Building.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee, as an entity of the United States Postal Service, should issue a commemorative stamp in honor of Charity Adams Earley.

To appropriate funds for the Federal Communications Commission’s rip and replace program and Affordable Connectivity Program, to improve the Affordable Connectivity Program, to require a spectrum auction, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize and modernize part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to strengthen child welfare services, expand the availability of prevention services to better meet the needs of vulnerable families, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish requirements with respect to the use of prior authorization under Medicare Advantage plans.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12804 Chillicothe Road in Chesterland, Ohio, as the Sgt. Wolfgang Kyle Weninger Post Office Building.
