To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish new payment rules for certain catastrophic specialty hospitals under the Medicare program.

To direct the Secretary of Education to conduct a study regarding the use of mobile devices in elementary and secondary schools, and to establish a pilot program of awarding grants to enable certain schools to create a school environment free of mobile devices.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to apply the ban on contributions and expenditures by foreign nationals under such Act to foreign-controlled, foreign-influenced, and foreign-owned domestic business entities, and for other purposes.

Encouraging the celebration of the month of June as LGBTQIA+ Pride Month.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish requirements with respect to the use of prior authorization under Medicare Advantage plans.

Expressing support for the designation of Sunday, June 16, 2024, as Father’s Day.

Expressing support for the designation of June 7, 2024, as National Gun Violence Awareness Day and June 2024 as National Gun Violence Awareness Month.
