To authorize the use of off-highway vehicles in certain areas of the Capitol Reef National Park, Utah.

To ensure access to certain public land, and for other purposes.

To amend title 54, United States Code, to provide that State law shall apply to the use of motor vehicles on roads within a System unit.

Designating the week of October 5, 2025, through October 11, 2025, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize lawful permanent resident status for certain college graduates who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes.

Condemning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and honoring his life and legacy.

To direct the Consumer Product Safety Commission to establish a pilot program to explore the use of artificial intelligence in support of the mission of the Commission and to direct the Secretary of Commerce and the Federal Trade Commission to study and report on the use of blockchain technology and tokens, respectively.

To support countries in Latin America and the Caribbean that maintain official diplomatic relations with Taiwan, to counter efforts by the People's Republic of China to coerce or pressure governments into breaking such ties, to deepen coordination with Taiwan on diplomatic, development, and economic engagement in the Western Hemisphere, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to protect the use of risk-based approaches by owners and operators of certain pipeline facilities, and for other purposes.
