To amend title 49, United States Code, to provide for limitations on duty hours for yardmaster employees, and for other purposes.

Making emergency supplemental appropriations for disaster relief for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that members of the Armed Forces and their families have access to the contraception they need in order to promote the health and readiness of all members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify authorities relating to the collective bargaining of employees in the Veterans Health Administration.

To prohibit the intimidation of election officials and election workers.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 9317 Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, California, as the Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disregard veteran disability compensation or pension payments in determining income for purposes of the low income housing tax credit and qualified residential rental project bonds.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

Supporting the designation of September 2024 as National Voting Rights Month.

Expressing support for and honoring September 17, 2024, as Constitution Day.

To amend title 46, United States Code, to require applicants for grants that propose to use digital infrastructure or a software component to certify the applicant has an approved security plan that addresses the cybersecurity risks of such digital infrastructure or software, and for other purposes.

To authorize funding of enriched resident services in federally assisted affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 22 through September 28, 2024, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.
