To amend the Public Health Service Act to enhance and reauthorize activities and programs relating to autism spectrum disorder, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to former President Jimmy Carter in recognition of his service to the Nation.

To prioritize the processing of United States passport applications submitted at in-person appointments at passport agencies or through the mail, and for other purposes.
