Expressing support for the designation of October 2024 as National Youth Justice Action Month.

Expressing support for the designation of October 1, 2024, as National Latino Physician Day.

Recognizing Hispanic Restaurant Week and the contributions of Hispanic restaurant owners and employees to the restaurant industry.

Recognizing the importance of engagement with the Latino community to get into outdoor recreation and participate in activities to protect United States natural resources, and expressing support for the designation of the third week of September as Latino Conservation Week.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize a lifespan respite care program.

To amend the Federal Trade Commission Act to affirmatively confirm the authority of the Federal Trade Commission to seek permanent injunctions and other equitable relief for violations of any provision of law enforced by the Commission.

To restore funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
