Designating April 2024 as Financial Literacy Month.

To amend the National Housing Act to authorize State-licensed appraisers to conduct appraisals in connection with mortgages insured by the FHA and to ensure compliance with the existing appraiser education and competency requirements, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to update and expand Federal economic development investment in the economic recovery, resiliency, and competitiveness of communities, regions, and States across the United States, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

Designating the week beginning February 5, 2024, as National Tribal Colleges and Universities Week.

Designating the week of January 21 through January 27, 2024, as National School Choice Week.

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to clarify the longstanding authority of States to use funds made available under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program to fund life-affirming services to empower pregnant women to choose life for their babies instead of abortion, and for other purposes.

To protect the right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children as a fundamental right.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to include Indian Tribes among entities that may receive Federal surplus real property for certain purposes, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to support Holocaust education programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate the per-country numerical limitation for employment-based immigrants, to increase the per-country numerical limitation for family-sponsored immigrants, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to reinstate entitlement to Post-9/11 Educational Assistance for victims of sexual assault or domestic violence, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Dam Safety Program Act to reauthorize and improve that Act, and for other purposes.

Designating October 4, 2023, as National Energy Appreciation Day to celebrate the people who work to power the United States and the economy of the United States and to build awareness of the important role that the energy producers of the United States play in reducing poverty, strengthening national security, and improving the quality of life for people around the world.

Designating the week of October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

Supporting the designation of September 21, 2023, as National Teach Ag Day and celebrating 75 years of the National Association of Agricultural Educators.

To clarify that section 8526(7) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 does not apply with respect to the use of funds for sports clubs, teams, training, or related activities provided for students.

To amend title III of division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to prohibit the expenditure of funds on divisive concepts under the priorities noticed in the proposed rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to Proposed Priorities-American History and Civics Education.

Supporting the designation of the week of June 18 through June 24, 2023, as National Women’s Sports Week to celebrate the anniversary of the enactment of title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the growth of women’s sports.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.
