Designating August 16, 2024, as National Airborne Day.

To prohibit certain businesses and persons from purchasing real estate adjacent to covered Federal land in the United States, and for other purposes.

Condemning the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump during a political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, honoring the victims who were killed and injured at the rally, and calling for unity and civility in the United States.

To require the Director of National Intelligence to issue a report on interference by Islamic Republic of Iran in United States domestic politics, and for other purposes.

To amend title 35, United States Code, to establish a rebuttable presumption that a permanent injunction should be granted in certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To subject aliens convicted of certain crimes to expedited removal from the United States.

Relating to the death of the Honorable James Mountain Inhofe, former Senator for the State of Oklahoma.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions.

To provide for certain reforms pertaining to Chevron deference.

To require retrofitting of anti-lock brake system and electronic stability control kit for certain Army vehicles.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain provisions with respect to qualified ABLE programs permanent.

To permanently establish the E-Verify employment eligibility verification system, to mandate the use of E-Verify by all employers, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to expand the prohibition on destruction of veterans' memorials to include other memorials and to establish mandatory minimum sentences for violations of that prohibition.

To amend section 301 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify those classes of individuals born in the United States who are not nationals or citizens of the United States at birth.

To extend, and repeal the waiver authority under, the Protecting Europe’s Energy Security Act of 2019.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons of the International Criminal Court engaged in any effort to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies, and for other purposes.

Expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the Senate for the acts of heroism and valor by the members of the United States Armed Forces who participated in the June 6, 1944, amphibious landing at Normandy, France, and commending those individuals for leadership and bravery in an operation that helped bring an end to World War II.

Calling on the Biden Administration to pursue censure of Iran at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), refer the issue to the United Nations Security Council, and reaffirm that all measures will be taken to prevent the regime in Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
