Recognizing the significance of Chicano Heritage Month in August as an important time to celebrate the significant contributions of Mexican Americans to the history of the United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow workers an above-the-line deduction for union dues and expenses and to allow a miscellaneous itemized deduction for workers for all unreimbursed expenses incurred in the trade or business of being an employee.

Expressing the approval of Congress for the 70th anniversary celebration of the Small Business Administration and in recognition of America’s entrepreneurs and job creators for their important contributions to the United States economy.

To expand access to health care services for immigrants by removing legal and policy barriers to health insurance coverage, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to modify the loan repayment program for the substance use disorder treatment workforce to relieve workforce shortages.
