Commemorating the 50th anniversary of hip hop and designating August 11, 2023, as Hip Hop Celebration Day, designating August 2023 as Hip Hop Recognition Month, and designating November 2023 as Hip Hop History Month.

To establish a centralized system to allow individuals to request the simultaneous deletion of their personal information across all data brokers, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To increase college transparency, and for other purposes.

To modify requirements relating to financial aid disclosures.

To modify the annual and aggregate limits of Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loans for graduate and professional students, and to terminate Federal Direct PLUS Loans for graduate and professional students, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for loan repayment simplification and income-driven repayment reform.

To support research about the impact of digital communication platforms on society by providing privacy-protected, secure pathways for independent research on data held by large internet companies.

To require the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security to develop a campaign program to raise awareness regarding the importance of cybersecurity in the United States.

To impose sanctions with respect to the Taliban, and for other purposes.

To require a United States security strategy for the Western Hemisphere, and for other purposes.

To support the creation and implementation of State policies, as well as the expansion of existing State policies, for improving the quality and affordability of charter school facilities.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education, and supporting the ideals and goals of the 24th annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 7 through May 13, 2023.
