Designating October 4, 2024, as National Energy Appreciation Day to celebrate the people who work to power the United States and the economy of the United States and to build awareness of the important role that the energy producers of the United States play in reducing poverty, strengthening national security, and improving the quality of life for people around the world.

Expressing support for the designation of November 17, 2024, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting warriors in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.

To advance a competitive strategy against the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to establish a program to allow small business concerns to purchase certain commodities futures, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

To promote democracy in Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit allowance of the advanced manufacturing production credit for components produced by foreign entities of concern.

To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, and for other purposes.

To increase support by the United States Government for critical minerals projects outside the United States, and for other purposes.

To permanently establish the E-Verify employment eligibility verification system, to mandate the use of E-Verify by all employers, and for other purposes.

To ensure equal protection of the law, to prevent racism in the Federal Government, and for other purposes.

Condemning the decision by the Biden Administration to halt the shipment of United States made ammunition and weapons to the State of Israel.

To require a report on the United States supply of nitrocellulose.

To increase, effective as of December 1, 2024, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

Reaffirming the deep and steadfast partnership between, and the ties that bind, the United States and Canada in support of economic and national security.

To require the Director of National Intelligence to develop a strategy to improve the sharing of information and intelligence on foreign adversary tactics and illicit activities affecting the ability of United States persons to compete in foreign jurisdictions on projects relating to energy generation and storage, and for other purposes.

To provide for the effective use of immigration detainers to enhance public safety.
