Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 23 through September 29, 2024, as See Tracks? Think Train! Week in the United States, and supporting the goals and ideals of reducing highway-rail grade crossing-related incidents, fatalities, and injuries.

Expressing support for the designation of September 2024 as Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month in order to educate communities across the United States about sickle cell disease and the need for research, early detection methods, effective treatments, and preventative care programs with respect to complications from sickle cell disease and conditions related to sickle cell disease.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

Recognizing the importance of evidence-based parenting and caregiving education in elementary and secondary schools.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to develop a flood insurance information tool, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to allow borrowers of Parent PLUS loans or loans under section 428B made on behalf of a dependent student to repay such loans pursuant to an income-contingent repayment plan or income-based repayment plan, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to clarify that the prohibition under such Act against the fraudulent misrepresentation of campaign authority and the fraudulent solicitation of funds includes misrepresentation through the use of content generated in whole or in part with the use of artificial intelligence (generative AI), and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that every person has the basic right to emergency health care, including abortion care.
