To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prohibit consumer reporting agencies that furnish consumer reports for tenant screening purposes from providing certain information, to establish duties of users of consumer reports for housing purposes, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to carry out a grant program to support the recruitment and retention of paraprofessionals in public elementary schools, secondary schools, and preschool programs, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education with an endowment lower than $900,000,000 and an annual operating revenue for athletic programs that is less than $20,000,000 to strengthen existing sports and athletic facilities at such institutions, and for other purposes.

To provide targeted funding for States and other eligible entities through the Social Services Block Grant program to increase the availability of menstrual products for individuals with limited access to such products.

To rename the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act, and for other purposes.

Expressing opposition to the use of State power against people in the United States seeking essential health care, including criminalization of the full range of sexual and reproductive health care such as abortion, gender-affirming care, and contraceptive care, and disapproving of State punishment of people for their pregnancy outcomes.

To establish a grant program to provide support for housing navigators who assist individuals in navigating local, State, and Federal housing assistance programs, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide coverage of medically necessary home resiliency services under Medicare.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify that all provisions shall apply to legally married same-sex couples in the same manner as other married couples, and for other purposes.

Fully addressing child poverty.

Recognizing the importance of intersectionality for abortion access.

To address the health of cancer survivors and unmet needs that survivors face through the entire continuum of care from diagnosis through active treatment and posttreatment, in order to improve survivorship, treatment, transition to recovery and beyond, quality of life and palliative care, and long-term health outcomes, including by developing a minimum standard of care for cancer survivorship, irrespective of the type of cancer, a survivor’s background, or forthcoming survivorship needs, and for other purposes.

To eliminate employment-based visa caps on abused, abandoned, and neglected children eligible for humanitarian status, and for other purposes.

To improve response to, and preparation for, heat waves and extreme heat, and for other purposes.

To establish the Office of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Well-Being within the Department of Health and Human Services, to generate a whole-of-government approach to protecting and affirming sexual and reproductive rights, and for other purposes.

To provide public awareness and outreach regarding the dangers of fentanyl, to expand the grants authorized under the Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Grant Program, to expand treatment and recovery services for people with opioid addictions, and to increase and to provide enhanced penalties for certain offenses involving counterfeit pills.

To authorize the Director of the National Museum of American History of the Smithsonian Institution to support LGBTQI+ history and women’s history education programs, and for other purposes.

To ban the sale of products with a high concentration of sodium nitrite to individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide an equitable Social Security formula for individuals with noncovered employment and to provide relief for individuals currently affected by the Windfall Elimination Provision.
