To amend the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to require certain congressional notification prior to entering into, renewing, or extending a science and technology agreement with the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax on the sale of electric vehicles and batteries.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for the reissuance of social security account numbers to young children in cases where confidentiality has been compromised.

To improve the customer experience of the Federal Government, ensure that Federal services are simple, seamless, and secure, and for other purposes.

To impose criminal and immigration penalties for intentionally fleeing a pursuing Federal officer while operating a motor vehicle.

Designating the week beginning on September 11, 2023, as National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week.

To provide grants to transit operators and airports for human trafficking awareness, education, and prevention efforts, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 to reauthorize the emergency and transitional pet shelter and housing assistance grant program.

To develop a scenario-based training curriculum for law enforcement personnel, and for other purposes.

To provide first-time, low-level, nonviolent simple possession offenders an opportunity to expunge records of disposition after successful completion of court-imposed probation.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide appropriate standards for the inclusion of a term of supervised release after imprisonment, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize certain provisions of the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008, to create a new grant program to fund legal aid programs to assist small businesses to protect intellectual property, and for other purposes.
