988 LGBTQ+ Youth Access Act of 2025

To direct the American Battle Monuments Commission to establish a program to identify American-Jewish servicemembers buried in United States military cemeteries overseas under markers that incorrectly represent their religion and heritage, and for other purposes.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to authorize owners or operators of general aviation airports to impose certain restrictions relating to aircraft noise, and for other purposes.

To amend section 7014 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to advance toward full Federal funding for impact aid, and for other purposes.

Affirming the independence of the Federal Reserve System, its Chairman, and the Board of Governors.

To establish the Pacific Counternarcotics Initiative to assist certain countries with counterdrug interdiction efforts.

To require the inclusion of voter registration information with certain leases and vouchers for federally assisted rental housing and mortgage applications, and for other purposes.

To amend title 39, United States Code, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to improve procedures and requirements related to election mail.

To modify certain notice requirements, to study certain election requirements, to clarify certain election requirements, and for other purposes.

To provide employees with a minimum of 2 consecutive hours of paid leave in order to vote in Federal elections.

Reproductive Freedom for Veterans Act

Commemorating the 69th anniversary of the continuous operations of the Mauna Loa Observatory.

To allow the Secretary of Transportation to authorize vessels documented in allied foreign countries, owned by nationals of allied foreign countries, or crewed by allied foreign countries to engage in certain coastwise trade, and for other purposes.

To amend title 46, United States Code, to provide for a waiver of navigation or vessel-inspection laws in noncontiguous areas upon a declaration of a major disaster or emergency, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

Expressing support for July to be designated as Disability Pride Month.
