Algorithmic Transparency and Choice Act

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance coverage to provide coverage of certain items and services relating to breast or chest wall reconstruction furnished in connection with breast cancer treatment.

Expressing support for testing for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) as a standard part of prenatal screening, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal funds from being made available to any law enforcement agency that employs an alien as a law enforcement officer, and for other purposes.

Expressing the importance of accurate information for medical professionals treating pregnant women and their unborn children in the emergency department, and for informing the general public, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to require that supplemental Nutrition assistance program (SNAP) benefits be used for the purchase of food products grown, produced, and manufactured in the United States.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require employees of the House to be subject to criminal background checks conducted by the United States Capitol Police, and for other purposes.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to prohibit the use of quality-adjusted life years and similar measures in coverage and payment determinations under Federal health care programs.

To prohibit unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the app marketplace, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide for additional congressional review of agency rulemaking, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Commissioner of Social Security to review and simplify the processes, procedures, forms, and communications for family caregivers to assist individuals in establishing eligibility for, enrolling in, and maintaining and utilizing coverage and benefits under the Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and Social Security programs respectively, and for other purposes.

Designating March 27, 2025, as National Women in Agriculture Day.

To direct the Secretary of Commerce to take actions necessary and appropriate to promote the competitiveness of the United States related to the deployment, use, application, and competitiveness of blockchain technology or other distributed ledger technology, and for other purposes.

DIGITAL Applications Act

To prohibit Federal funding for National Public Radio, and for other purposes.

Public Safety Communications Act

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants.

Prohibiting Members of the House of Representatives from bringing or displaying a flag of a foreign nation on the floor of the House, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To establish a budgetary level reduction schedule, and for other purposes.
