To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the BOLD Infrastructure for Alzheimer’s Act, and for other purposes.

To expand and modify the grant program of the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide innovative transportation options to veterans in highly rural areas, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the Emergency Medical Services for Children program.

Supporting the observation of National Girls & Women in Sports Day on February 7, 2024, to raise awareness of and celebrate the achievements of girls and women in sports.

Supporting the observation of National Trafficking and Modern Slavery Prevention Month during the period beginning on January 1, 2024, and ending on February 1, 2024, to raise awareness of, and opposition to, human trafficking and modern slavery.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a nonrefundable credit for working family caregivers.

To amend the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 to require the timely appointment of agency transition officials, to ensure adequate performance and oversight of required transition-related preparation, to require new guidance for agencies and possible transition teams, and for other purposes.

To apply user fees with respect to tobacco products deemed subject to the requirements of chapter IX of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Recognizing January 2024 as National Mentoring Month.

Honoring the life and legacy of the late Senator Herb Kohl.

Condemning the use of sexual violence and rape as a weapon of war by the terrorist group Hamas against the people of Israel.

To provide a retroactive effective date for the promotions of senior officers of the Armed Forces whose military promotions were delayed as a result of the suspension of Senate confirmation of such promotions.

To clarify training requirements for prescribers of controlled substances.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide an exclusion from gross income for AmeriCorps educational awards.

To improve the classification and declassification of national security information, and for other purposes.

Acknowledging the lifetime of service of Sandra Day O’Connor to the United States as a successful Arizona State Senator, trailblazer, expert collaborator, educational advocate, and one of the great Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States.

To redesignate the Hulls Cove Visitor Center at Acadia National Park as the George J. Mitchell, Jr., Visitor Center.
