To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.

To require Senate approval before the United States assumes any obligation under a WHO pandemic agreement and to suspend funding for the WHO until such agreement is ratified by the Senate.

To reform restrictions on the importation of firearms and ammunition.

To require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take into custody certain aliens who have been charged in the United States with a crime that resulted in the death or serious bodily injury of another person, and for other purposes.

To require the Attorney General to submit to Congress a report relating to violence against women in athletics.

Designating October 10, 2025, as American Girls in Sports Day.

Concerning the National Collegiate Athletic Association policy for eligibility in women’s sports.

To authorize an additional district judgeship for the district of Idaho.

Honoring the life and legacy of President Jimmy Carter and commending President Jimmy Carter for his life-long career of public service, humanitarian leadership, diplomacy, and courageous advocacy.

To allow reciprocity for the carrying of certain concealed firearms.

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 154 First Avenue East in Jerome, Idaho, as the Representative Maxine Bell Post Office.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to take into custody aliens who have been charged in the United States with theft, and for other purposes.

To designate any clinic that is a certified community behavioral health clinic as a Stabenow-Blunt Community Behavioral Health Clinic.
