To prohibit the award of Federal funds to an institution of higher education that hosts or is affiliated with a student-based service site that provides abortion drugs or abortions to students of the institution or to employees of the institution or site, and for other purposes.

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Designating the week of October 6, 2024, through October 12, 2024, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

To amend the Securities Act of 1933 to address emerging growth companies, and for other purposes.

Designating September 2024 as National Literacy Month.

To implement or strengthen programs that increase the supply of quality child care services by enhancing the wages of child care workers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the employer-provided child care credit and the dependent care assistance exclusion.

To repeal portions of a regulation issued by the State Superintendent of Education of the District of Columbia that require child care workers to have a degree, a certificate, or a minimum number of credit hours from an institution of higher education.

To expand eligibility for Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps unit participation.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education and supporting the ideals and goals of the 25th Annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 12 through May 18, 2024.

Strongly condemning the rise of antisemitism on campuses of institutions of higher education across the United States.

To prohibit users who are under age 13 from accessing social media platforms, to prohibit the use of personalized recommendation systems on individuals under age 17, and limit the use of social media in schools.

To provide for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of Career and Technical Education Month.

Supporting the observation of National Girls & Women in Sports Day on February 7, 2024, to raise awareness of and celebrate the achievements of girls and women in sports.

Expressing support for the designation of January 21 through 27, 2024, as National Board Certified Teachers Week.

Designating the week of January 21 through January 27, 2024, as National School Choice Week.

To provide for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education that authorize Anti-Semitic events on campus from participating in the student loan and grant programs under title IV of such Act.

To award a congressional gold medal to the United Negro College Fund, Inc. and the institutions that make up its membership on the occasion of its 80th year of existence.
