To award posthumously a Congressional Gold Medal to Marshall Walter Major Taylor in recognition of his significance to the nation as an athlete, trailblazer, role model, and equal rights advocate.

To amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to increase accountability relating to articles receiving exemptions from duties for de minimis entries and to require regulations on enhanced data collection with respect to such entries, and for other purposes.

To require Federal banking agencies to report on interactions with nongovernmental international organizations, and for other purposes.

To cancel recent changes made by the Federal Housing Finance Agency to the up-front loan level pricing adjustments charged by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for guarantee of single-family mortgages, and for other purposes.

To rescind discretionary appropriations in the event of a debt ceiling crisis period and to honor the full faith and credit of the debts of the United States in the event of a debt ceiling crisis.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to clarify the fiduciary duty of plan administrators to select and maintain investments based solely on pecuniary factors, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for hospital and insurer price transparency.

To prohibit the Export-Import Bank of the United States from providing financing to persons with seriously delinquent tax debt.

To reduce improper payments and eliminate waste in Federal programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to modify the definition of navigable waters, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate origination fees on Federal Direct loans.

To require an annual report of Federal employees and retirees with delinquent tax debt.
