Expressing support for the designation of October 23, 2023, as Beirut Veterans Remembrance Day to remember the tragic terrorist bombing of the Marine Corps headquarters in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1983.

To require Federal agencies to notify States and localities whenever transporting migrants from locations within 100 miles of the United States border to their jurisdictions.

To prohibit the Federal Communications Commission from reclassifying broadband internet access service as a telecommunications service and from imposing certain regulations on providers of such service.

To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to emissions from vehicles, and for other purposes.
