To amend chapter 3081 of title 54, United States Code, to enhance the protection and preservation of America’s battlefields.

Condemning the support of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations at institutions of higher education, which may lead to the creation of a hostile environment for Jewish students, faculty, and staff.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 with respect to prohibited uses of funds under such Act, and for other purposes.

To provide for a system of regulation of digital assets by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal funding for institutions of higher education that have agreements with certain academic institutions in the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require additional disclosures relating to gifts and contracts from foreign sources.

To expand the prohibition on funding for international institutions of higher education that host Confucius Institutes and remove the authority to waive the prohibition.

To modify the criteria for recognition of accrediting agencies or associations for institutions of higher education.

To require elementary schools and secondary schools that receive Federal funds to obtain parental consent before facilitating a child’s gender transition in any form, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Attorney General to establish the National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach program, and for other purposes.

To counter the military-civil fusion strategy of the Chinese Communist Party and prevent United States contributions to the development of dual-use technology in China.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To ensure the rights of parents are honored and protected in the Nation’s public schools.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk.

To clarify protections related to sex and sex-segregated spaces and to activities under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to ensure that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs repays members of the Armed Forces for certain contributions made by such members towards Post-9/11 Educational Assistance, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to extend Federal Pell Grant eligibility to certain short-term workforce programs.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to allow parents of eligible military dependent children to establish Military Education Savings Accounts, and for other purposes.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the scheduling of fentanyl-related substances, and for other purposes.
