To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish requirements with respect to the use of prior authorization under Medicare Advantage plans.

To amend title II of the Public Health Service Act to include as an additional right or privilege of commissioned officers of the Public Health Service (and their beneficiaries) certain leave provided under title 10, United States Code to commissioned officers of the Army (or their beneficiaries).

Recognizing June 12, 2024, as this year’s observance of Philippines Independence Day to honor the 126th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.

To include the Czech Republic in the list of foreign states whose nationals are eligible for admission into the United States as E–1 nonimmigrants if United States nationals are treated similarly by the Government of the Czech Republic.

To amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to support State implementation of Federal standards established under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978.

To establish protections for warehouse workers, and for other purposes.

To provide for automatic acquisition of United States citizenship for certain internationally adopted individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the scope of the penalty for crimes against children.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2024 as National Brain Tumor Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the designation of May 2024 as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month.

Expressing support for the designation of the month of May 2024 as Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Awareness Month.
