Supporting the designation of the week beginning November 11, 2024, as National Pregnancy Center Week to recognize the vital role that community-supported pregnancy centers play in saving lives and serving women and men faced with difficult pregnancy decisions.

To amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to establish a Hydrogen Technologies for Heavy Industry Demonstration Program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to jointly award grants for the purposes of improving access to, developing, or expanding services that provide an individual with transportation to or from substance use disorder treatment or supportive services.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

To authorize additional district judges for the district courts and convert temporary judgeships.

Expressing support for and honoring September 17, 2024, as Constitution Day.

To authorize a grant to encourage recruitment of law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Transportation to establish a grant program with respect to 24/7 sobriety programs, and for other purposes.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the month of July as American Patriotism Month.

To extend the obligation deadline of funds made available to recipients under the American Rescue Plan Act for the purposes of supporting homeless children and youth.

To amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to support State implementation of Federal standards established under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978.

To enhance the security operations of the Transportation Security Administration and stability of the transportation security workforce by applying the personnel system under title 5, United States Code, to employees of the Transportation Security Administration, and for other purposes.

To enforce the requirement that the National Instant Criminal Background Check System make a final disposition of requests to correct its records within 60 days, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to include certain reporting to the uniform crime reporting program.

Expressing the need for enhanced public awareness of traumatic brain injury and support for the designation of a National Brain Injury Awareness Month.

Expressing support for the designation of February 29, 2024, as Rare Disease Day.

Expressing support for the designation of February 17 through February 24, 2024, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of globally conscious leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Give the Gift of Blue program, which has donated more than 17,000 of the iconic FFA jackets to FFA members in need.
