Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025

To direct the Secretary of Defense to conduct an assessment of space and satellite security relating to ally and partner countries in the Middle East.

To amend section 333 of title 10, United States Code, to modify the authority to build the capacity of foreign security forces.

To require the Secretary of Defense to designate the Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network as a subordinate unified command under the United States Cyber Command, and for other purposes.

Making appropriations for the salaries and expenses of certain U.S. Bureau of Prison employees working during a Federal Government shutdown, and for other purposes.

To build on America’s spirit of service to nurture, promote, and expand a culture of service to secure the Nation’s future, address critical needs of the Nation, and strengthen the civic fabric of American society.

To create a process for the expungement of pardoned Federal offenses.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

Making appropriations for the salaries and expenses of certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees working during a Government shutdown in fiscal year 2025, and for other purposes.

Proposing a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit discrimination against health care entities that do not participate in abortion, and to strengthen implementation and enforcement of Federal conscience laws.

To establish protections for warehouse workers, and for other purposes.

To provide for automatic acquisition of United States citizenship for certain internationally adopted individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to exempt widows and widowers of police officers, firefighters, and correctional officers from the government pension offset.

To provide for the conveyance of certain Federal land at Swanson Reservoir and Hugh Butler Reservoir in the State of Nebraska, and for other purposes.

To enforce the requirement that the National Instant Criminal Background Check System make a final disposition of requests to correct its records within 60 days, and for other purposes.

To establish a commission to study the potential transfer of the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History to the Smithsonian Institution, and for other purposes.
